Christmas!

FYI on the Slideshow, for some reason it only shows the last slideshow only on the main page, but if you choose the blog out of the list on the bottom right, then the slideshow for that blog will appear.

Christmas is quite possibly my favorite time of the year. It gives us a great opportunity to reflect upon our Savior Jesus Christ and his life. And with the new year upon us, we can make new goals and amends to live better and follow after His example.

We loved to spend every minute with our families. This was Austin's first Christmas that he could get excited about getting toys, and he couldn't stop saying it. Since we came back from the cruise, he has been quite the little chatter box. We really enjoyed seeing him open up his gifts and playing with them. It gives us new meaning to joy and rejoicing in our posterity. We can't wait until we have this next little bundle of joy, we will find out what it is after we get back to Utah.

Cruzin'

So, sorry I have not updated this thing in a while, but wes beens busys! We left early to come home to Texas for the Holidays cuz, frankly, we could, and we had a cruise to go on. First timers, and yes, it was awesome and highly recommend it!! They feed you all the time, the dinners were especially good, and someone always cleans your room and does your laundry, reason enough for us to go. We did it for a Christmas/ Anniversary present (it's on the 28th of December) and the Cruise was from the 16th until the 23rd. We went to three islands, first Jamaica, then Grand Cayman, and finally Cozumel. As you can see from the Pics, the water really is that color! Cool I know. We went to the beach at Jamaica and snorkeling in Grand Cayman. In Cozumel we went to the mainland and took a jeep tour through some Mayan caves where there is natural mineral water. Then we went to a private beach and had an authentic Mexican fajita buffet. It was beautiful and the weather cooperated enough. The whole experience was relaxing and wonderful, can't wait to do it again.
