Our 2 Injured Soldiers!!

Yeah, so I felt totally horrible the other day, Wednesday May 6 to be exact, when I had to rush Austin to the Emergency room! We were leaving the mall after a short visit, and he was hanging onto my neck while I pushed Ethan in the stroller to the car. It had been raining all day, and the parking spaces were wet, making the painted parking space stripes especially slippery. As a typical Neanderthal I dressed him in sandals, and as I lowered him from around my neck, his feet hit the ground, I let go assuming he was planted, but he lands both feet on a painted stripe and whoosh! ends up face first on the pavement. The rest is explained in the pixs. 7 stitches right in the bottom of the chin. He now has to tell every one: "I have a hole in my chin." or "Don't do that, you gonna bust my chin!"




Now for the Second little trooper: I was driving around looking at apartments on Wednesday the 13th and it was especially hot, so Ethan didn't have any socks or shoes on. We were probably in the car for about 20 minutes, and when i went back to take him out this is what he did!



He freakin's chewed off the skin off the bottom of his big toe!! Our theory is that he must've gotten a blister on the toe from walking around so much lately, and he was teething a little bit, and it might have bothered him or something, so why not chew on it!! This pic was taken today on Sunday, and as you can see, it's still a little raw......gross.
